Bilt is the platform known for providing rewards for housing payments. Earlier this year we saw massive changes at Bilt, including an overhaul of the credit card portfolio, plus new ways that housing rewards are offered.
There are many innovative things about Bilt, including a Rent Day promotion on the first day of each month. With a new month being right around the corner, here are the details of the July 2026 Bilt Rent Day offer, which includes a Hilton Honors transfer bonus of up to 200%.
There are a couple of aspects to the Bilt Rent Day promotion: the ability to earn bonus points (which is the same every month), plus at least one additional promotion.
Note that Bilt Rent Day promotions are generally valid from 12:00AM ET until 11:59PM PT, so you technically have around 27 hours to take advantage of them.

Earn Double Bilt Points on Rent Day Purchases
Bilt has a portfolio of credit cards, including the no-annual-fee Bilt Blue Card, the $95 annual fee Bilt Obsidian Card, and the $495 annual fee Bilt Palladium Card. The Bilt Palladium Card is by far the most lucrative of the three.
On the first day of each month, you earn double rewards on these cards, up to 1,000 bonus points. It can be worth strategically timing purchases on the first of the month to maximize this. For example, with double points, the Bilt Palladium Card offers 4x points on everyday spending on Rent Day, up to a cap of $500 in spending (which earns the full 1,000 bonus points).
Get Up to a 200% Transfer Bonus with Hilton Honors
Exclusively on July 1, 2026, Bilt is offering a 75–200% bonus when you transfer points to Hilton Honors. The bonus size depends on your Bilt elite status:
- Bilt Blue members receive a 75% bonus
- Bilt Silver members receive a 100% bonus
- Bilt Gold members receive a 150% bonus
- Bilt Platinum members receive a 175% bonus
- Members can use $150 in Bilt Cash to upgrade their transfer bonus by one elite tier, with Platinum members reaching a transfer bonus of up to 200%
There is a significant restriction — now appearing for the third month in a row — that only up to 100,000 base Bilt points can be transferred under the promotion to qualify for the bonus.
Bilt points ordinarily transfer to Hilton Honors at a 1:1 ratio. With this bonus, you can earn anywhere from 1.75 to 3.0 Hilton Honors points per Bilt point. For ideas on how to use them, see the best ways to redeem Hilton Honors points.
That said, this promotion is difficult to get excited about. Hilton Honors points are worth roughly 0.5 cents each, so even with the full bonus range of 75–200%, you’re getting between 0.875 and 1.5 cents of value per Bilt point. Given that Hilton Honors frequently sells points for 0.5 cents each, there are generally better opportunities available.
Bottom Line
